i have been seeing Jo for over a year now and his body work has really changed my life for the better. I illustrate full-time and Jo has helped me understand how my body holds tension and wear from my work. They are so gracious and supportive in the way they talk about my body and give suggestions on how i can support it better! I have come to trust his insight a lot which has not been easy for me in the past as someone with dif kinds of bodily traumas! i have recommended jo to many friends and loved ones.

Jo is great! I've been plagued by various injuries over this past year and they've helped explain to me what's happening in my body and give me advice on how to take care of my body outside of the sessions. Theyre kind and understanding and have an anti-capitalist framework to bodywork. Unmatched!

I had my first session with Jo today, and a lot was addressed -- physically, somatically, emotionally, narratively. It felt like an amazing reset for connecting with my body and developing practices for staying in tune with it. I'm grateful for the care. I felt very safe and comfortable working with Jo. Thank you!
